This is Xydan in his Atlantica form. His powers look like that because it's transferable through liquid so it has a farther range. I guess he can shoot it like a beam... He's also a manta and I had such difficulty looking for manta reference... Does anyone remember these? I've worked the whole day straight through. It took a while mainly because I actually tried to place the lighting and shading in the proper place and the hair and hand took forever to figure out... Hope you like.
